NEWTON, MA — July 22, 2008 — Cyber-Ark® Software, the leading provider of digital vault and Privileged Identity Management (PIM) solutions, today announced the appointment of Richard A. Weeks as Vice President of Global Business Development. With over 25 years of experience in the technology and software industry, Weeks will be responsible for growing and managing the company’s international network of strategic alliances and global systems integrators (GSIs) and channel partnerships. In addition, he will lead Cyber-Ark’s expanding Global Partner Program, deepen relationships with existing partners and resellers such as IBM, Oracle, Microsoft and Courion Corporation, while forging strong ties with new partner companies.
Before joining Cyber-Ark, Weeks served as senior director of Worldwide Channel Development at Centrify Corporation, a leading identity management solutions provider, where he was responsible for establishing channel programs, global partner recruitment and indirect sales and managing Microsoft business development and activity. A USAF veteran, he has also held positions of increasing responsibility in IT operations, channel sales and business development for innovative organizations such as Fidelity Investments, Top Layer Networks, Aelita Software Corporation and Quest Software.
